Returns & Refunds Policy | Guildford Cycads

At Guildford Cycads, we are committed to delivering the healthiest plants and highest-quality seeds to our customers. Due to the nature of live plant products, and the various conditions that affect their growth and viability, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any plant or seed purchases. We kindly ask that customers carefully consider their purchases before placing an order, as all sales are final.

Plant Purchases

Our plants are inspected and packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. By purchasing, you agree to accept full responsibility for the care and health of the plants once they leave our facility. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the specific care requirements for each plant species to maximize its successful growth in your environment.

Due to environmental variables beyond our control, such as temperature fluctuations, transit conditions, and care practices, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for plants that do not thrive after arrival.

Seed Purchases

Our seeds are sourced and stored under ideal conditions to preserve their quality and germination potential. However, as with plants, numerous factors impact the success of germination, including environmental factors, soil composition, and handling upon arrival. As such, we cannot guarantee germination outcomes and do not offer refunds or returns on seed purchases.

National and International Orders

For orders shipped outside our home country, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with any import requirements, restrictions, and regulations specific to their country. Guildford Cycads is not responsible for any delays, confiscations, or additional import fees that may be imposed by customs authorities in your country. We recommend thoroughly researching your country’s import policies prior to ordering, as we cannot issue refunds for seeds or plants that are delayed or denied entry by customs.

Shipping & Delivery Assurance

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure orders arrive in excellent condition, Guildford Cycads cannot be held liable for damages that occur during transit. Our plants and seeds are packaged securely to withstand standard shipping conditions, but circumstances beyond our control, including weather and handling during delivery, can affect their condition upon arrival.
